Explaining my thought processes mean I'm being transparent.
If in doing that, I claim to be logical, it doesn't mean I'm claiming to be the ONLY person capable of doing that?

(BTW how does listen become offensive? It's a lecturing style? Well I am presenting a body of thinking which, if you want to resist it and not consider it carefully, might strike you on an emotional level as lecturing. But it's actually asking you to engage in being thorough.

Where do I claim exclusivity? I don't! Could stop taking offence at the slightest thing? The
size of my posts seems to tick some of you off as well. Presumably because you can't be bothered reading them, let along responding in kind.
Surely the danger is that you are attacking the messenger instead of focusing on the message?
(Can you just think about that please? I've just read an article about how social media is altering our perception, and changing people's ability to be tolerant and engage in fair, informed and reasoned discussion. Surely that cannot be the case in here?)

More importantly, does it make my arguments any less true? I don't think so! How many of the upvotes are from people who already have me on ignore, and aren't even reading what I'm saying? My guess is a quite a few. It's bizarre. I'm kind of fascinated by the dynamics in here tbh!).

Well done though. You've managed to ignore my arguments again. I'm supposed to blame myself, and turn myself inside out to try to give you an argument in a suitably inoffensive form according to incredibly touchy criteria, while many have me on ignore anyway. Can't you see the comedy* in this?
I can only agree with you about 2018 and ADO.
The problem IMO (and I
am entitled to one of those aren't I?) is that you're
failing to read warning signs.
We're in dangerous territory here.
We've got somebody who hasn't earned a lot of trust in the past, spearheading another destabilising move on the Board.
Few it seems, want to face the issues involved.
If this goes belly up, don't blame me.
