I couldn't have put it better myself. The book would appeal to those that have a void that needs to be filled as they would be people in want of heart. So any old rubbish would be the accommodating factor.
Sad really that the deranged rantings of someone are recorded only to make a book only to snare some of the less intelligent population. Normally someone on LSD would be imprisoned not have their rubbish turned into a sci fi novel. Wasn't Charles Manson on LSD and didn't he start killing people. This is dangerous stuff for the weak minded and the weak minded seem to be the ones attracted to it. IMO.
