    I think sarcophagus summed the book up which is on about page 10
    "really, you could sum it all up by saying, do unto others (not just humans) as you would have them do unto you."

    I concur with your earlier post germaist is a great tome for would be therapists. As it was scribed by and edited by eminent psychologists it really does question the profession of psychiatry; although Wapnick refers to the great insights of Freud and Shakespear.

    But it is all about EGO, and no doubt there will be some scathing retorts by a few with massive EGOS on this forum.
