I recently asked a scientist friend about using your own B-cells and I quote....

“the idea is quite a good one, using your own body's B-cells, primed with specific peptides, to produce an antibody rather than injecting an antibody directly. I suspect the idea is that externally applied antibodies will not be as specific as antibodies made by your own B-cells. In addition, once your B-cells are making antibodies then they should do so indefinitely, thereby protecting you against any new cancer cells that should arise. Unfortunately, there is little science in the presentation so I'm not sure how robust the procedure is, what they use as antigens, how specific the antigens are for cancer cells, or even whether they need to keep priming the B-cells.

My friend also stated “It's also pretty early in the testing procedure with Phase 2 not starting until next year”

I like everyone keep the hope that we will defeat cancer.

As always, please do your own research
