Eftilagimod may not add a lot to a targeted and effective mRNA vaccines. But can eftilagimod it stimulate T cells to recognize spike proteins similar to but not identical to those produced by the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines? Seems like this is the time to try a combination of eftilagimod or placebo with Pfizer, Moderna or J&J boosters.
Maybe we should send letters to Marc et al asking that this be evaluated further.
