Ridgeback won't give a flying about Immutep when it comes to a choice between us and Merck - we know the winner already (unless BMS or dark horse comes in?).
Think about it. Ridgeback put 'seed capital' into IMM and can/will (in the event of successful trials) significantly influence (and use their minority voting rights) the direction of IMM to the open arms of big pharma Merck partner.
