the track record of this management team says they are not capable of meeting any target
why should we believe they will change
it farcical to think someone from the company could put together a spreadsheet that anyone would actually believe
why should we believe it will come together as planned , it never has before
the crazy part of this new phase is that in a perverse manner it actually places this company in even more financial peril than ever before
if costs get out of hand , and they almost certainly will , this will go pear shaped very quickly
they will need to be on top of this , and the budget they have presented tell us they are not
cost overruns by 20% will blow this project out of the water
