just look at those budget numbers
anyone with basic business sense knows the numbers are not real
who does a budget rounding off to the nearest million, if that was presented to a bank manager you would be told to try again
that alone is a red flag
if that budget was drawn up 3 months ago it is already out of date by at least 4 percent
add another 6 months and you need an additional 8 percent at least
if the equipment is not already under contract you can add 20 percent
this could get ugly very quickly
