how did the chart know that the company would be so negatively...

how did the chart know that the company would be so negatively regarded by the market that it would lose 60% of its value in a few months and
at a time when everyone seemed to be so positive,... but were they , that is the question
somebody knew there was a problem with this company , someone had to sell to move the price
interested to know what was known and by whom and where they got that information

how did the chart know that the company would have to pull its cap raise at 14 cents and reposition it right at that golden number of 10 cents
or was that already known
see what im getting at ,.. was it the chicken or the egg
