the 10 cent level looks like it will certainly fall
panicked sellers will have the final say and ,that 10 cent level is strong but the dam walls look like they are about to breach
our assumption that by Friday it will be resolved , and November will be a huge test of its strength , or weakness
why wouldn't they at least release some supporting evidence of progress
