it is possible to find real estate shares that have fallen , not as dramatically as carbonxt but lendlease , rural funds and others are down
maybe there is a link , cg1 and a morbid interest in property prices or rabid allegations of property ownership and damage
carbonxt has descended into the spec category
that was not the case when Shaws floated the company at 70 cents it was presented as a commercial small cap industrial with sound potential in an expanding market nowhere would you have been given the impression that this would have a history like this
to now compare them in that category of specs is a reflection of the way this has been managed ,they did not start life as such, unlike other specs shareholders did not buy this share thinking the risk of ripping up 90 percent of their investment was high its easy to say small investors should have known the risk , but someone needs to be held accountable for this disaster
