    i took part in one start up in nt years ago but i dont think the basics would have changed .if i understand it right and they intended to load ore into the mill yesterday .then they would have been running the gear for a few days before .you run the process for as long as possible before loading product,to eliminate any start up problems,as is stated often cmrs communications leave much to be desired
