Now that the kid has ridden off into the sunset or as some would say, the legend has run off quicker than an unblocked sewage drain, I think it's time to ask the volley ball ( yes it was a volley ball and not a soccer ball, Tom has confirmed it) as to what is happening with the best street on the block. After all real estate prices have gone through the roof but me thinks our best street may be turned into social housing or even worse over run with squatter's. No one was naive enough to think our hard earned invested dough was guaranteed to turn into a French loaf or even better a French baguette, but we were certainly not expecting sour dough. I think it's fair to say our patients at RPH are on life support, commence CPR immediately and have the paddles ready as I'm expecting cardiac arrest.
