    The picture isn't too bleak. New clinics have the budget to buy new equipment. Old clinics need to replace the odd faulty equipment. So some sales will happen.

    Also ISN have made it clear that having it covered by insurance is a key goal. Imagine going to a chemist and paying $399 for a wheezometer and then having HBA or medicare give you all of it back?
