Doc Hewson is a nong. If Costello becomes Opposition Leader we can then make a judgement as to whether he has the ticker. I'd say if he takes the job he does have it, since it's the toughest gig in Australian politics, especially facing the Ruddernaut who can spin out feel good nonsense 24/7.
