A deal before approval???

IMO, we will get approval in 6 months. I think that a big pharma deal will be made before the approval. When the approval day comes, the company can immediately start marketing and selling the drug, but before that, there is a lot of work to be done. The company has all the info ATH is presenting to the FDA, and, much more, all unpublished preclinical studies ( from annular report: "To date, we have performed in vivo evaluations of our product candidates in a range of animal models of disease including parkinsonian disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington disease, and brain cancer").

Stamler has been active with big pharma for a long time. I guess that soon he will have the important and final discussions with a couple of the most interested companies. The companies need time to get started with this new product. The big deal can be announced any day, but there are also many details to be negotiated with the selected big pharma. Most likely, there will be a pre-deal first before the final agreement. So these 6 months before approval by the FDA will be busy at ATH negotiating with a big pharma and convincing the FDA for approval.
