Quick correction to one of my statements in the original post (since I can't edit anymore):
I said in my main post that Sukh Energy only came into existence in 2020 when in fact its UK filings was since 2018. My meaning is that their website was updated last year to be in the form it is today, before then the company was probably in sleep mode only woken up when it needed to be used to facilitate an international transaction.
