Well, I have taken a position at these levels. Have traded in the past and probably broken even on it. BUT never seen value in it like this. As someone pointed out, asset back above the current price. I agree, it is being valued at depressed spot prices. It is a tier 1 long life asset in an interesting growth commodity, with additional valuable technology and projects in the water sector, which will only get bigger. Plus has RF behind it, which gives huge credibility when it comes to financing. IMHO the stock price won't stay down at these levels for long.
