All is not lost - the copper price continues to edge forward and inventories continue to drop with another 2000t coming out of LME stocks tonight - so the fundamentals are great but just as Dikulushi is becoming highly profitable we've been floored from left-field by the lefties from the ABC.
Hopefully Slater & Gordon will realise that their case is hopeless and move on but unfortunately I think they're out to cause as much damage as possible with a show trial against Bill - what strength this man will have to have to endure against these sort of unfounded accusations as their aim will be for as much public humiliation as possible.
A tricky situation for all of us investors as we now don't know what's around the corner.
