Unfortunately, telling the ABC that they are wrong is not liable to do any good. Media Watch and the Broadcasting Ombudsman may be more fertile ground to redress the situation.

The most useful course may be to write a letter (email) to the Minister for Communications, giving details, and ASKING what she (Helen Coonan) is going to DO about it. While it does get passed down the ranks, the letter gets the department into a flap, rather than just finishing up in a file somewhere (perhaps even the round file), and you should receive an answer eventually, even signed by the Minister.

We could also say to the ABC that a more useful approach by 4 Corners is to develop a program investigating why Australian companies like Anvil have to change domicile or listings to enable them to raise money for their expansion in this global economy. GIP listing on the AIM is another example that springs to mind. Could even be extended to subjects such as the takeover of MIM by Xstrata. A copy of the letter could also be sent to the Minister, as above, or the department more relevant to this (perhaps even the Treasurer)
