Tricha,
The mine at Dik. is fully operational and has been for ages. Operations were ceased temporarily (a few days) during the Kilwa incident but resumed shortly thereafter and have continued ever since.
You're either poorly informed or that was a rather feeble attempt at down ramping the stock??????
