Great Post, thanks, it should be of great interest to many of our ageing overweight members here on HC. Some of us try to do the ostrich trick & refuse to face the facts .....until too late. I love eating heaps of yummy fatty processed meats...but to compensate a little, I've been using extra-virgin olive oil spread instead of margerine for years. According to that site, olive oil products are OK, so I've been doing something right at least. It is obviously our diets that are killing us, but its so hard to give up eating what we enjoy.....and eat what we dont enjoy.....in the interests of health...
