    Hi Taurisk,
    Thanks for that, esp the tip to use peanut oil as an alt to olive oil to prevent hydrogenation. I use xtra virgin olive oil in abundance....because I thought it was good for you in any situation. Article I read years back even recommended drinking it....
    I didnt think it would change due to overheating.
