Sorry if I am dominating this thread with my thoughts, however I think it is good to reflect on where we were this time last year. Dr Collier and his management team were savaged for doing a deal with Sabby Healthcare which, for a lousy $1,000,001 they were effectively giving up 30% of the company because the deal included 250% warrant coverage. Sabby simply flogged their 71 million shares on market hoping to cash in later with their options. In that time Russell Himstedt soaked up more than half of these shares at a discount to previous CR's, no doubt attracted by the cheap price for valuable property. Well done Dr Collier and team, they not only squashed the issue of 51.5 million options ( while shareholders squashed another 91.5 million ), but they also pitched a more attractive CR to existing shareholders.
Hopefully now the decks have been cleared for a deal.
