Gassed, knowing the Chinese well, a meeting around the table with good Mao Tai an red wine with just "table talk" an hand shakes with really nothing at all to lose for the Chinese as it is only "talk", till a reserve is found, a GSA can be extended till 2030....
They the Chinese, also are a long way from being ready an with nothing to lose, well, nothing ventured, nothing gained... an the average Chinese businessman loves a punt if the outlay is next to nothing.
