I agree with most of your statement, but Gill & the rest of management can take a pay cut until financing is 100% secured. It is not their fault for being in vulnerable market, but it is their fault for taking in high salaries/shares and wasting capital.
As for buying more shares, you are taking a huge risk. It probably would be better to risk the money into an established coal producing company. The SP is still falling rapidly fast, and it is very unlikely that any full funding announcement will be made.
And if there is an announcement, the company will go up(temporary) in price and then likely be shorted again until the company reaches production milestones or the coal market takes a big turn around. The risk/reward does not make sense to me. Just in my opinion, hopefully there is a future for Coalspur.
