Mark my word this will be an "ACA" story on ASIC & Jervois if Jervois goes under and ASIC fail to act in time to save it. Nearly one year to investigate & nothing. I'm sure the "ACA" journalists will love interviewing McDonald & Nash about how they personally got involved via their constituents & requested ASIC to investigate & ASIC did nothing!! I'm sure that Duncan Pursell will love a few "ACA" journos shoving a camera in his face. Little consolation to us though.
This should be an open & shut case.
