I have just sent emails to Chris Bowen( Minister for Corporations law etc) and his Shadow Chris Pearce as well as the Attorney general and his Shadow outlining my concerns and confirming that I had received a letter from Fiona Nash indicating that she had contacted Bowen and Pearce.

Also sent one to Duncan Gay leader of the National Pary NSW LC who told Fiona Nash that he has contacted ASIC about the Jervois concerns. I asked him if he was able to tell me how ASIC had responded to his concerns about Jervois.

It is interesting that the politicians most interested are either from the Opposition and/or are located in NSW where the main Jervois resources are located.I guess they think they have more to gain if things get sorted out by ASIC??or maybe they're just more socially responsible people?

I think it may be worthwhile if others also contacted such politicians as those mentioned above and maybe even the PM and Opposition Leader.
