i don't see todays announcement to be a disaster at all.

to me, it is an exercise in risk management.

fortunately they have had this opportunity available to them, due to the reasons mentioned (delays of funds available) in the previous notice.

in effect, we have all been waiting for more news to be released. this DD exercise will give us exactly that. if this mob believe its worth investing the money in BRT then i sure as hell would want to hold onto my BRT's and BRTO's.

any ideas how long the DD will go for?
