Yeah I hear you but I think they would have "sounded out" the "dickheads with pens" first.

Something seemingly as radical as that would have been put to the various authorities first and "sold" to them as making their life easier. Perhaps over a lunch of Ikea meatballs with lingonberries, cucumber, mash and a creamy gravy all washed down with a few bottles of Kopparberg or Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar finished off with a few shots of Brännvin
