yes its very broad - I think with the ability to inclide ALl drugs, so they can chase after any drug. However the reality is that we are way further down the list in terms of drug cost discrepancies.
I read somewhere else this may just be a reason to cut government spending on drugs - so it wont affect people buying the drug.
