    Not just a lowball offer, the hybrids are hostage to the ords SP. If SP drops to 3c, this offer is equivalent to $7.50.

    The SP can drop substantially on conversion as many PXU holders won't want to own PPX.

    Interesting to watch from the sidelines!!
