I am confused.

My 1st sentence:
"think we each know by now, where different posters stand on the sale of 51% of FML to Shandong Gold Group. I have made my views clear at this point in time, however, I too look forward to seeing detailed information about how the funds will be used, the benefits and associated timeline of each of those benefits."

This states that I too want the detailed plan? sorry if I was unclear. I had also stated in many previous posts, I want to see a plan - but at the moment, I am in favour of the deal. What's wrong with that position? Don't we want to see the same thing?

This also has me confused. I must be having several dumb moments rolled into 1. I say this because Shandong are currently offering a 28.21% premium to the current share price. That is well within the ball park range of an offer either be it amicable, or hostile. Even if they offered 6c - a 53.85% premium, then they could buy FML outright for $258M rather than owning 51% for $225M.

Any left of whatever your smoking? I'm keen.
