    I've been researching companies that entered into V.A and been interested by how the story played out with Paladin (ASX: PDN) as they entered V.A in July 17 and relisted in Jan 18.

    Key notes:
    V.A to relisting took 7 months
    Shareholders had 98% of shares forcibly taken from them and handed over to the creditors

    If anybody thinks there is a happy ending I just don't see it myself. Royally screwed
