no mention of telstra having to divest it's interest in foxtel, no mention of not being able to bid for wireless spectrum, getting USO monkey of their back, help with costs of retraining staff, 11billion is much closer to 12 than the 8 rudd was first offering....i think this deal will go through and be good for telstra
