I am one of Uni's most enthusiastic supporters, Ive even spent my future profits Uni is goin to make me lol... however it is good to still remain in touch with reality.

We all know the best products or tech dont necessarily become market leaders. So while Unitract or fill may be the best my main reason I am in is the agreement with SA. If there are hiccups or SA pull out I will be out of this stock so fast my head will spin.

Minor to moderate red flags is AS background & compensation, the long delays in commercialising Uni products (while the industrialisation is one year ahead of schedule, overall commercialisaton is x years behind) & big competitors.

Im also wary of competitors like Vantagepoints difficulty in penetrating markets... including antitrust and patent issues with the BDs of the world. Yes they won those cases but it distracted management from the main game.

So, to me it all boils down to this agreement with SA. It will also be interesting to see how unitract goes nxt yr... will give us a good idea whether (1) it is a better product than say vantagepoints & (2) whether it will overcome the games BD & others will play to protect its turf.
