Interesting points Psychiatrist; I have been an investor for many years and have been disappointed in UNI's performance for most of that time. I believe they have turned the corner this year but there isnt exactly any concrete evidence that they have.
1/ A.S track record: Your quote on Formulab neuronetics "After the product was demonstrated to american investors it was considered a dud and the share price collapsed". Well if UNI's products were found to be duds then no doubt Sanofi Aventis would have walked away by now.
2/Shareholdings: Maybe A.S is Roger Williamson and the controller of Merkaba. If this is the case, he is just like me who has put shares in my partners name so i can get twice as many cheap SPP shares. However, A.S would not get any benefit from extra holdings if the company goes backwards. Lets face it, all CEO's are looking after themselves in some form or another.
3/ What does RTI's market cap have to do with UNI.
4/ St Marys was a disaster, and as most would say - it was a long time ago. They didnt have the expertise to produce the product thats why UNI purchased a medical device company in the USA
