Debt-free (for now) may sound good and the shareholders will certainly approve, but 22.67 billion shares is already madness.
Not to exclude that soon an RS will follow, but without good news it can also be counterproductive.
What is really interesting is: Who are the new majority shareholders, how are the conditions changing?
Even in the direction of China... wouldn't be bad.
Completely bad for us oldies is that so the MK screws up automatically to 90 million AUD although the price still hangs at 4c. On the other hand, 133 mill. debts gone......
All in all, Casello would not have thought it possible to make such a deal.
He may lose the majority but the debt is gone. Above all it brought new forces to the start which will bring in themselves that it goes forward with sdl.
Whether all this at the end of the year still so see.....who knows SDl remains exciting.
