Look, there have been a lot of private conversations between AUZ and a number of potential customers behind closed doors. They will have been talking dollars, thus the reason why it has not been disclosed to the market. However, given that AUZ was talking to a number of possibles, and the deal has been brokered by professional negotiators, we can be reasonably sure that this deal (along with the undisclosed parts of it) was the pick of the bunch.

SK need supply. They have finance. It looks like AUZ will be free to seek their own finance or go to SK as they wish, it seems that this is not locked in. Upon an acceptance of the product samples by SK, then AUZ will be in a great position to weigh up the financing options, safe in the knowledge that they already have a buyer for the product.
