Seen any non-binding or new term offtake agreement term sheets lately? Mostly used in the hotcopper scene to offload to poor mum and dad investors who confuse the word term sheet to binding contract agreements. it’s like saying yeah no we got a done deal with a really big company. Gltah, be careful of gaps made from 9.1 especially when it is made after non-binding agreements. Usually comes back down to those levels. All IMO.
