Agree. And, given the majority of trades at the 11.7c level are crossed trades or broker specials it seems pretty clear that the smart money is accumulating stock that the panic merchants/ traders are discarding.
Give it a day or two and we'll be looking at a price well north of that average price you quoted, H00ts.
