That's true but it does not always lead to anything.
Witness XPE's experience over the last 18 months. Despite partnerships with Intel, STMicro, Microsoft, Arcadyan and Telink Semiconductors (now taking China by storm) , look where it is today. Most of the remaining holders are still shell-shocked and in a state of disbelief and undertaking a class action. Such was the shock of these partnerships (thought to be in the bag) not delivering.
