You are obviously a person who has no knowledge or experience in the operation of the judicial system.

Either that are you are just another fool

You are correct that a person does not need to prove their innocence and that the prosectution needs to prove guilty - this applies both in Australia and Indonesia. It techancally is posible for a defence to say and present absolutely nothing. This I would suggest nevers happens because if the prosecution cas was that weak it would not have gotten to court in the first place and most defendants are not that stupid to not defend themselves - but maybe you would be one of the rare fools

    BUT

Where you are showing your total ignorance in this area is that once the prosections has proven their case even a prima facie one (which the Indonesain prosecution has done here) then the burden both in an Australian court and an Indonesian court falls onto the defence to disprove the prosecutions case.

This burden is further increased BOTH in an Australian and Indonesia court if the defence is based on moving the guilt onto another party.

Corby's defence team did a lousy job in presenting Corby's defence
