Wrong, wrong, wrong. In the British (and therefore Australian) legal system, an accused person at no time is required to prove or disprove anything. At all times, the onus is on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reaosnable doubt. Also, a prima facie case if a far cry from proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
