A good point to reflect apart from it is simply taking an opposing view to what the majority think and justifying why.
Again, the justification comes out that you (the Australian poulation) have been whipped into a frenzy by the media and that the trial was fair and just.
This surely has been refuted or at least brought into question by the fact that they accept bribes for lesser sentences, they allow prisoners drugs, days out and 'extras' for bribes.
Why are these people running scared of the relations being strained? My guess is that they have some self interest. That were we Aussies have become Americanized...we put self interest and dollars before doing the right thing.
Well apart from what appears to be a group of Australians who can't think for themselves and have been whipped into mass hysteria by the media (give me a break).
So the judge should take the word of the corrupt customs officials...of course...how else do they raise revenue?
How could Corby possibly 'prove' innocence?
Please someone tell me how?
not possible.
cheers
