I know Frederick, what I am GUESSING is that ctr will only have access to the $5mil funding (of which a portion is too complete atz5) once texas asset is transferred and they have it as security.
Currently LIND have texas as their security over their debt with Range, and I imagine they won't let it go until they are repaid in full. Which is what Range are struggling with at the moment.

Or we are just going POP.
