Yesterday, @squire (with whom I have had many a disagreement on another site) was sceptical and I tried to counter it. Then I later learnt via Thunder that the request letter strongly indicated the TH was meant to have applied before trading commenced. That made me stronger in my countering view.
However, this very disappointing news has made me think that Squire may have been justified in his line of thought and your comments Blazin now have me thinking that something maybe is wrong. You observed, so I have listened to what you have said. Thanks! How should this be dealt with?
