There is more than one issue here.
It's not just a matter of either management or the ASX being diligent, or both, it's also about the apparently anomalous trading not long before the 'stop trading Notice' issued whereby the SP dropped from 6.6c (fleeting) to 5.7c. It might all be innocent, but then again someone(s) may have had some special knowledge and too advantage of it.
It shouldn't be too hard to see who traded during the morning before the TH Notice, especially the latter part.
