good luck tabitha. it could go either way. charts only tell what's likely but give no certainty of what will actually happen... you should know that... and the 100 and 200 day average are relatively flat so long term, the likelihood is that it will remain neutral.
i believe it's very hard to make comments for the long term. Short term however, people will be starting to regret selling on Friday given what happened to healthcare in US overnight........
