There have been a gazillion inventors and entrepreneurs with great ideas, tenacity, vision...but the skill sets to manage through the requires completely different skill sets to steer through the issues of building a serious company AFTER the entrepreneur has taken it so far. Rare indeed is the person who is both visionary and company builder.
